Work Location: 10 Snowshoe Drive, Snowshoe, WV 26209
Pay: $17.00 per hour
Start Date: The end of November and beginning of December with positions available throughout the season.
Seasonal: Seasonal work involves temporary employment tied to specific times of the year.
Schedule: May require working early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays

As the Terrain Park Snow Supervisor, you'll be at the helm of our exhilarating Terrain Park, ensuring every day is packed with thrills and top-notch fun! Your role is key to delivering exceptional service and upholding the highest safety standards, all while keeping the energy high and the slopes ready for action!
Job Responsibilities:
Set daily, weekly, and monthly objectives for staff
Direct, monitor, and coach employees to ensure safety and exceptional service
Design and maintain Terrain Park features in coordination with snowmaking, grooming, and the Terrain Park Manager
Oversee guest interactions and implement a guest survey system for quality assurance
Ensure accurate and current Terrain Park Log entries; train employees on documentation
Maintain park aesthetics, including trash pickup, tower pad adjustments, and facility cleanliness
Oversee equipment maintenance and ensure adherence to manufacturer recommendations
Schedule employees to ensure adequate park coverage
Follow M.T.I. practices, including feedback, performance reviews, and coaching
Assist with contest coordination, including setup, judging, and event support
Driving:
Have a valid Driver's license and ability to pass the Snowshoe Driving Program
Education:
High School Diploma or GED
Preferred Experience:
Must be an expert skier/snowboarder and have the ability to ride the terrain park
2 years supervisory experience
Knowledge of terrain park operations and construction
Basic computer skills
