Role Overview

This position is part of the RTX Process and Systems Transformation (PST) team, focusing on the Plan to Sustain - Quality Management area, supporting the migration to SAP S/4HANA. The role involves leading the design, build, testing, and cutover phases of the ERP implementation, with a focus on supplier quality integration and process standardization.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze requirements from various Business Units to standardize quality functionalities.
• Configure SAP QM modules, including inspection types, plans, MICs, and notifications.
• Ensure seamless SAP module integration with Logistics, Production, and Order-to-Cash processes.
• Support data mapping, validation, testing, and documentation activities.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, including vendors and SAP consultants, to ensure successful implementation.
• Mentor junior team members and support future system enhancements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10+ years of experience with SAP ERP configuration and support, especially in Quality modules and supplier portal integration.
• Bachelors degree in STEM or equivalent experience; an advanced degree with 7+ years of experience is preferred.
• Deep knowledge of SAP QM functionalities and integration with external systems.
• U.S. citizenship is required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with large, complex aerospace and defense projects.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
• Willingness to travel 25-35%.

Benefits & Compensation

Salary range: $124,000 - $250,000, plus comprehensive benefits including health, wellness, retirement, and work/life balance programs. Additional incentives may apply based on performance.
