Controller -Roanoke VA

Looking to level up your finance career and stay close to the action on the shop floor? We've got the role for you.

We're on the hunt for a Controller to own budgeting, reporting, and cost control for a fast-moving production environment. You won't be stuck behind a spreadsheet all day-you'll be partnering with ops, digging into the numbers, and driving real results on the floor.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Leading budgets, forecasts & monthly reporting
• Tracking production costs & spotting ways to save
• Owning inventory & cost accounting (you know those variances matter)
• Working cross-functionally to keep finance aligned with operations
• Coaching a small finance team
• Making sure the numbers are clean, compliant, and clear

You Bring:

• 6-10 years in accounting/finance (bonus if it's in manufacturing)
• Solid grip on cost accounting & inventory
• ERP know-how (SAP, Oracle, JD Edwards, etc.)
• Advanced Excel wizardry
• A "let's figure it out" mindset
