Qualifications:

• A genuine passion for serving patients and their families.
• Education: MS or BS in social work from an accredited school of social work is preferred.

• Experience: A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience, preferably in healthcare or hospice settings.
• Required: Reliable transportation.
