The NYC office of a "Big Law" firm is seeking an associate or of-counsel with at least three years of extensive experience and demonstrated success in drafting and negotiating commercial leases (with an emphasis on retail leases) from a well-known real estate firm.

FULLY REMOTE

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• At least 3 years of commercial and/or industrial leasing experience in NYC
• Work experience in either a big law or medium-size law firm in NYC.
• MUST BE ADMITTED TO THE NEW YORK BAR

Comp: $360,000-450,000
