Address incoming email and phone requests and inquiries. Collect required and optional data with an emphasis on accuracy and completeness. Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders. Resolve officer, customer, service partner, and internal inquiries in line with company guidelines. Set and manage expectations for clients and partners around issue resolution and timelines. Communicate effectively over the phone while multi-tasking in various systems. Utilize multiple software platforms and tools to complete dispatch tasks. Coordinate with vendors and partners to resolve officer-related issues. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to quickly learn proprietary systems.
