Responsible for proper maintenance and repair of property and equipment. Responsible for painting interiors and exteriors of building; may include parking lot.
Performs general painting and touch-ups while taking care of painting tools.
Performs general electrical repairs and modifications, general plumbing repairs and modification, and general carpentry.
Assists with all aspects of landscaping.
Performs preventive maintenance inspections of all facility-related equipment and systems; makes repairs and adjustments as necessary.
Keeps the supervisor informed of any problems or issues.
Resolves problems that are within the position's scope of authority and recommends courses of action to resolve problems that are beyond the scope of authority to the position's supervisor.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
Good verbal/written communication, problem-solving, and math skills.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to read and comprehend technical manuals, documents, and drawings.
Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from team members, regulatory agencies, or members of the staff.
Ability to understand and follow oral and written directions.
Ability to multitask in a high-volume environment.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Vocational or technical certifications in related fields preferred.
Two years' work experience in related field.
Other combinations of education and experience may be considered.
Must obtain and maintain a valid racing license.
The team member will be required to stand and walk for extended periods of time.

The team member may be required to work in outside weather conditions and is occasionally exposed to wet and/or humid conditions, fumes, or airborne particles, toxic or caustic chemicals, extreme cold, and vibration.
The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate to loud.
The work environment may vary in levels of crowds, noise, flashing lights, and smoke, depending on the assigned station and guest volume.
