We are seeking a detail-oriented HR Administrative Assistant to join our Human Resources team. In this role, you'll support recruiting, onboarding, benefits, and employee relations while ensuring compliance with company policies and federal regulations. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administrative skills who is passionate about HR and employee engagement.
What You'll Do

  • Assist with recruiting, job postings, and onboarding new hires
  • Maintain HR systems and employee records
  • Respond to employee questions and escalate concerns when needed
  • Support benefits administration, open enrollment, and leave management (FMLA, disability, Worker's Comp)
  • Help coordinate job fairs, orientations, and community projects
  • Prepare HR reports (headcount, turnover, applicant tracking, etc.)
  • Assist with employee recognition programs (referral bonuses, service awards, etc.)
What We're Looking For
  • 5+ years of administrative experience (HR experience preferred)
  • High School Diploma required; Associate's Degree in HR or related field a plus
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
