How Youll Help Transform Healthcare: This supervisor position will supervise Home Health Rehab Therapy staff in the Roanoke, Bedford and Lexington regions. Primary location will be the Roanoke Home Health office. Company equipment provided. Provides professional care to patients of all ages in the home setting. Provides lead supervision to the staff to assure quality patient care. Assumes responsibilities delegated by Manager. Assists with development and coordination of strategically aligned systemwide processes related to patient care. Facilitates effective open two-way communication and resolution of operational issues that support service line/service goals and objectives, benchmarks and targets. Fulfills staff responsibilities and accountabilities. Maintains professional and clinical competence.
