About this Role

Taylor's Construction is seeking a Flagging Operations Director to oversee all flagging services across projects, ensuring safety, compliance, efficiency, and quality. This role involves strategic planning, staffing, and process optimization to support safe traffic control and project execution.

What You'll Do

• Develop and implement company-wide flagging strategies and operational standards
• Manage budgets, staffing, and performance metrics across regional teams
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local traffic control regulations
• Coordinate with project managers and clients to align flagging needs with project goals
• Identify opportunities for safety and workflow improvements
• Lead training, certification programs, and continuous improvement efforts

What You'll Bring

• 10+ years of experience in traffic control, construction, or related fields
• Strong understanding of MUTCD and DOT regulations
• Proven leadership and operations management experience
• Ability to manage multiple projects and teams across locations
• Excellent communication and strategic planning skills
• Valid certifications in flagging and traffic control
