Job Summary

Responsible for delivering orders to guests in a timely and friendly manner, providing excellent customer service, collecting payment and making appropriate change. Must be able to uphold food quality and safety and sanitation policies and have a valid driver's license.

Required

Excellent customer service skills

Excellent communication and organizational skills

Valid driver's license and approved driving record

Must be at least 16 years old

Preferred

Previous delivery driver experience

Basic kitchen and food handling skills

Days:

Schedule varies including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays

Hours:

Varies, hours depend on hours of operation and business demands

Core Responsibilities

• Answer phones and place delivery and pick up orders using point of sale.
• Collect payments and make change when necessary
• Deliver orders to customers in a timely manner with requested condiments and utensils
• Assist kitchen with preparing and packaging orders
• Uphold safety and sanitation policies including cleaning storage equipment and utensils, sweeping and mopping floors, and trash removal
• Maintain clean and organized work space and delivery vehicle
• Other duties as assigned by management
