For more information, visit metalsa.com.Metalsa's Mission:To move the world more efficiently while protecting the environment and ensuring long-term economic and social value generation for our stakeholders.Metalsa's Vision:To become a leading mobility manufacturer of chassis and electrified solutions for the automotive, trucking, and off-highway industries.Role Objective:Support the plant's asset performance and reliability by analyzing downtime trends, leading root cause analysis efforts, and developing preventive/predictive maintenance plans using Maximo. Serve as a technical leader in reliability strategies and MMS implementation for assigned equipment areas.Essential Functions of the PositionSafety is a fundamental value at Metalsa and a component of all positions within the company. Analyze area downtime and maintenance KPIs (e.g., MTBF, work order backlog). Lead root cause analysis (RCA) using A3 and PPS formats with maintenance teams. Develop and maintain preventive and predictive maintenance programs in Maximo. Support and implement Maintenance Management Systems (MMS) and best practices. Provide technical support for equipment reliability and participate in new equipment rollouts. Drive cross-functional improvements with Engineering, Maintenance, and Operations. Ensure systematic documentation and reporting of all reliability efforts. Support emergency maintenance as needed; must be available for after-hours and weekend support.Education & Experience Associate degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or Mechatronics OR equivalent combination of education and experience (required). 2+ years of hands-on maintenance or reliability experience in manufacturing (required). Automotive manufacturing background strongly preferred.
