Job Summary:

The Architect will be responsible for designing building layouts, preparing architectural plans, and ensuring that projects meet both functional needs and aesthetic standards. This role involves collaboration with project managers, engineers, and clients from concept through completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop architectural concepts, designs, and construction drawings
• Work on site layouts, floor plans, elevations, and detail drawings
• Ensure compliance with building codes, zoning laws, and accessibility standards
• Coordinate design efforts with engineers, contractors, and project stakeholders
• Select materials and finishes aligned with project goals and budgets
• Participate in site visits and construction inspections to ensure design execution
• Use CAD software and other design tools to produce detailed plans and 3D models
• Stay current on design trends, sustainability practices, and regulatory updates

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
• 2+ years of experience in architectural design and drafting
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar design tools
• Strong design, visualization, and presentation skills
• Knowledge of building systems, materials, and construction methods
• Attention to detail, creativity, and problem-solving ability

• Professional licensure or working toward licensure (RA or AIA)
• Experience with both residential and commercial projects
• Familiarity with green building standards (e.g., LEED, WELL)
