About the Role:

Tivolisworld LLC is seeking a skilled Prefab Architect to design prefabricated building components that integrate seamlessly with on-site construction processes. The ideal candidate will combine creativity with technical expertise to streamline modular construction projects and optimize efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design prefabricated architectural components and modules aligned with overall building plans.
• Collaborate closely with construction teams, engineers, and fabricators to ensure smooth integration on-site.
• Create detailed drawings, specifications, and 3D models for prefab elements.
• Ensure designs comply with building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
• Coordinate revisions and updates to designs based on project feedback and constraints.
• Participate in project planning meetings and contribute to problem-solving strategies.
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advances in prefab construction technologies.

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field.
• Experience in prefabrication, modular construction, or related architectural design.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or other architectural design software.
• Strong understanding of building codes and construction practices.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
