Facilities Coordinator Responsibilities:
Duties

• Manage and coordinate facility maintenance activities, ensuring timely completion of tasks.
• Supervise custodial staff and contractors, providing guidance and support as needed.
• Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) to track work orders and maintenance schedules.
• Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify areas needing repair or improvement.
• Oversee low voltage electrical systems, ensuring compliance with safety standards.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure facility needs are met and address any issues promptly.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and inventory of supplies.

Experience

• Proven experience in facilities management or a related field is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of industrial maintenance practices and electrical systems.
• Familiarity with CMMS software for maintenance management is advantageous.
• Experience supervising teams and managing projects effectively.
• Proficient in English, both written and verbal communication skills are essential.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
