What You'll Do:

• Greet service customers in person and by phone with professionalism and a smile
• Schedule service appointments and manage the appointment calendar
• Communicate clearly with customers about wait times and service updates
• Coordinate with service advisors and technicians to ensure smooth workflow
• Maintain accurate records and assist with light administrative tasks

What We're Looking For:

• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Friendly and professional attitude
• Ability to multitask and work in a team environment
• Previous receptionist or dealership experience is a plusbut we'll train the right person!
