DEFINITION AND PURPOSE:
Perform professional work in conducting energy audits and quality control inspections and performing duties as the Crew Leader when necessary for the weatherization program. Identify the energy saving needs of homes. Inspect the work and identify and areas that do not meet standards and refer to the Weatherization Crew Chief and Co-Director. Complete a variety of assignments in the TAP's Weatherization Program as determined by the Director. Must be able to relate to the general public and possess good communications skills.

Coordinates with: Homeowners, Suppliers and Sub-Contractors and ECHR Weatherization Staff
