The Project Director is responsible for estimating, closing sales, and managing restoration projects across various sectors including commercial, multifamily, senior living, healthcare, hospitality, and residential properties affected by disasters. Key duties include developing cost estimates, managing budgets, overseeing project execution, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Qualifications include at least 5+ years of experience in sales or business development within the restoration or construction industry, proficiency with estimating software like Xactimate, strong communication skills, and the ability to work autonomously. A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
