Description:

We are seeking a dynamic Implementation Project Manager to join our organization! You will lead small to medium scale and low to medium complexity projects under the guidance of senior colleagues. You will be responsible for coordinating tasks, managing timelines, and ensuring that assigned projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget. This role requires strong operational experience combined with exceptional communication and organizational skills. Your Role

As an Air Logistics Implementation Project Manager, you will support the successful execution of projects, developing your project management skills while contributing to the growth and efficiency of our organization. This role is ideal for individuals eager to explore and expand their project management expertise within a collaborative environment.

Your Responsibilities

  • Possess excellent technical knowledge of Project Management tools & methodology (ideally with PMP/IPMA/Prince2 certification).
  • Focus on continuous improvement of project management methodologies.
  • Ensure projects are delivered within the planned timeframe, scope, budget, and quality standards.
  • Manage scope within the program framework and align customer expectations, applying rigorous change control processes.
  • Lead our Customer Care Locations (CCLs) in executing customer implementation projects, ensuring governance and monitoring performance per guidelines.
  • Define project scope and objectives by collaborating with stakeholders. Create detailed plans including timelines, resources, risk, and change management per Kuehne and Nagel standards.
  • Build relationships with stakeholders and ensure effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Contribute to audits on implementation projects according to KN and ISO 21502 standards.

Your Skills and Experiences

  • Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Supply Chain, Business Management, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 2–5 years of experience in supply chain/logistics or related roles, with exposure to project coordination.
  • 5+ years of project management and logistics experience with broader business exposure.
  • Operational experience within Air Logistics is preferred.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP, PMI, Prince2) or equivalent certification is a plus.
  • 2-3 years of customer-facing experience.
  • At least 1 year in a management role or equivalent experience.
