Job Descriptionbout the Role:Tivoli'sWorld Staffing is seeking skilled and safety-conscious Welders to support our clients' operations across various construction, manufacturing, and industrial job sites. The ideal candidate has hands-on welding experience, a solid understanding of blueprints, and a commitment to producing high-quality, structurally sound welds.Key Responsibilities:Perform MIG, TIG, and/or Stick welding on various materials including steel, aluminum, and stainless steelRead and interpret blueprints, welding symbols, and technical drawingsSet up welding equipment and ensure proper settings for job requirementsInspect completed welds to ensure structural soundness and compliance with client specificationsMaintain tools and equipment in good working conditionFollow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work areaCollaborate with supervisors and other tradespeople to complete tasks efficientlyRequirementsSkills & Qualifications:Proven experience as a welder in construction, fabrication, or industrial environmentsProficiency in at least one major welding technique (MIG, TIG, Stick)Ability to read blueprints and technical schematicsStrong attention to detail and craftsmanshipAbility to lift 50+ lbs and stand for extended periodsWelding certification(s) preferred (e.g., AWS, NCCER)Reliable transportation and punctuality requiredBenefitsBenefits (Temp-to-Hire Eligible Roles):401(k)Health insurancePaid time offbi-weekly payPotential transition to full-time permanent role with client
