Position Summary

Responsible for managing the customer experience and owning the order fulfillment process for assigned accounts. This role involves building strong partnerships with clients and fostering long-term business relationships while ensuring seamless execution of orders from start to finish.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Manage a defined book of client accounts through multiple channels of communication.
  • Own and manage customer orders from initial contact through final delivery.
  • Coordinate with Sales, Operations, and Logistics teams to provide accurate pricing and delivery information.
  • Enter and process orders within the Datacor ERP system.
  • Confirm order details and expected delivery dates with customers.
  • Proactively follow up on orders and inquiries, maintaining clear and timely communication.
  • Monitor product availability and delivery schedules to ensure timely fulfillment.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to guarantee successful and accurate product delivery.
  • Provide daily, weekly, and monthly performance and status reports to the Customer Care Manager.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service through critical thinking, efficient problem-solving, and sound decision-making.
  • Assist in training new or existing team members as required.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support customer satisfaction and team success.
Qualifications

Education and Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communication, or a related field preferred; equivalent relevant experience may be considered.
  • Experience in customer fulfillment and order management required.
  • Project management skills and experience required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite required.
  • Experience with Datacor ERP is a plus.
  • Demonstrated excellence in customer service and relationship management.
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities, especially in complex account scenarios.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Critical thinking skills are essential.
  • Strong team collaboration and interpersonal skills.
  • Dependable and punctual work habits.
Work Schedule
  • Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST.
Communication Requirements
  • Excellent reading, writing, and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to interpret professional materials, write detailed reports and correspondence, and communicate effectively with various stakeholders.
  • Comfortable interpreting business documents, technical procedures, and regulatory materials.
