We're looking for a Data Scientist (SME) with a background in statistical modeling, artificial intelligence, and complex data analysis to support critical government and intelligence initiatives. Responsibilities

• Apply statistical, mathematical, and AI models to large and complex datasets
• Design and implement machine learning algorithms to identify patterns and predict outcomes
• Develop data pipelines, analytical models, and visualization tools to support decision-making
• Collaborate with mission teams to translate requirements into data science solutions
• Perform exploratory data analysis, feature engineering, and model validation
• Communicate findings through clear visualizations, reports, and technical briefings
• Support integration of advanced analytics into enterprise systems and workflows
  
  

• TS/SCI clearance required, including additional security screenings
• Full Performance: High school diploma/GED with 8 years, associate's with 6 years, bachelor's with 4 years, or master's with 2 years of relevant experience
• Senior Level: High school diploma/GED with 10 years, associate's with 8 years, bachelor's with 6 years, master's with 4 years, or PhD with 2 years
• Expert/Master Level: High school diploma/GED with 12 years, associate's with 10 years, bachelor's with 8 years, master's with 6 years, or PhD with 4 years
• Proficiency in data science languages and tools (e.g., Python, R, SQL, Jupyter, Pandas, Scikit-learn)
• Experience with machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch) and big data platforms (e.g., Spark, Hadoop)
• Strong background in statistics, data modeling, and algorithm development
• Ability to explain complex data findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Experience supporting national security or defense data programs
• Familiarity with data governance, ethics, and secure handling of classified data
• Knowledge of natural language processing (NLP), time-series analysis, or deep learning
