Full time benefitted position available for Assistant Director of Community Recovery and Rehabilitation Services to be responsible for the continued development, growth and maintenance of the Community Recovery Services and Community Rehabilitation Services. This position will provide direct supervision to staff providing recovery and rehabilitation services including Peer Directed Services, Psychosocial/ Clubhouse Rehabilitation Services, Substance Use Disorder Community Services, and Recovery Residences throughout the catchment area. The position is a member of the PCS management team and will provide input, creativity, and departmental fiscal oversight. Applicants must be licensed (LPC, LCSW, etc) in the state of VA or Licensed eligible. Meet QMHP. Two years of experience working with individuals with Substance Use Disorders, Mental Health Disorders and/or Co-Occurring Disorders is required. Three years of supervisory experience preferred. Salary is commensurate with education and experience as it relates to the position.
