Job Overview

The Employee Health and Safety Manager will work collaboratively with Potter's EHS Leader to establish and cultivate a safety program in our manufacturing facility. Responsibilities include developing policies, conducting risk assessments, and fostering a safe work environment aligned with regulatory standards. You will collaborate with site teams and leadership to drive proactive safety strategies, lead training, oversee incident management, and promote sustainability practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in environmental science, occupational health and safety, or related field
• Minimum three years of experience in EHS management, preferably in manufacturing or communications
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Proficiency in safety software and Microsoft Office

Additional Details
