Job Overview:

The Quality Engineer plays a pivotal role in enhancing and maintaining process improvements and transformational initiatives throughout the organization. You will foster strong collaborations with various business units while utilizing fundamental quality and process improvement tools to establish a consistent and data-driven approach to ongoing improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and manage quality management system processes, including ISO & CE certifications and standard operating procedures.
• Assist Engineering teams in analyzing, identifying, and resolving production line issues to ensure adherence to quality standards.
• Support operations in identifying and mitigating risks related to product performance.
• Act as a resource for internal departments to address concerns regarding incoming parts and develop corrective actions.
• Organize and conduct quality audits, manage related documentation, and communicate findings.
• Monitor continuous improvement testing efforts and coordinate root cause analysis of product failures.
• Assist Research and Development teams in diagnosing and resolving issues with existing products.
• Analyze production data to uncover opportunities for improvement.

Ideal Candidate:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or Operations preferred.
• 2-4 years of experience leading moderate-sized improvement or new product projects with tangible results.
• Experience with Quality Management Systems is essential.
• Lean, Six Sigma Green Belt Certification is preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to successfully engage, manage, and motivate cross-functional teams.
