Overview

Canna Cabana is actively seeking Retail Shift Leaders who are knowledgeable, responsible, hardworking, dedicated, and mature individuals interested in joining our team. Join us and become an important part of a company where the sky is the limit.

Responsibilities

  1. Assist store management in supervising and facilitating daily store operations.
  2. Oversee responsibilities of the Store Manager in their absence.
  3. Support in personnel management and resolve customer service issues as needed.
  4. Provide guidance and instruction to store associates.
  5. Maintain store conditions according to standards.
  6. Assist with staffing levels when requested.
  7. Act as the sales and customer service leader in the absence of SM/ASM.
  8. Greet and assist customers professionally.
  9. Ensure adherence to company policies and legislation.
  10. Handle customer complaints appropriately.
  11. Follow health, safety, and security regulations.
  12. Achieve sales targets and store KPIs.
  13. Promote active pursuit of sales goals among staff.
  14. Oversee inventory management and be accountable for inventory processes during shifts.

Qualifications

  • Valid Selling It Right certification for retail cannabis store employment.
  • Clean Criminal Background Check prior to start date.
  • High school diploma and college/vocational/technical training.
  • Sales and service experience, preferably in cannabis retail.
  • Minimum 2 years retail experience.
  • Excellent time management and staff training skills.
  • Leadership ability to monitor and lead by example.
  • Basic office skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Strong teamwork, communication, customer service, and troubleshooting skills.
  • Diplomacy and positive attitude.
  • Availability for shift work including nights, holidays, weekends, and different locations.
  • Understanding of health and safety legislation.
