What You'll Do:

• Assist in the daily operation of blow molding and production equipment
• Learn and apply safety protocols like Lock Out Tag Out and OSHA guidelines
• Perform routine quality checks to ensure product standards
• Support the setup and adjustment of machines and production lines
• Maintain a clean and safe work area to help prevent hazards
• Gain familiarity with materials like HDPE and learn basic maintenance procedures
• Complete production documentation and follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)

Who We're Looking For:

• College students (18+) interested in manufacturing, engineering, operations, or related fields
• Mechanically inclined with a hands-on mindset
• Eager to learn in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented and safety-conscious
• Able to lift, move, and stand for extended periods
• Willing to undergo a background check if needed
