HART Technologies, Inc. is currently recruiting for talented software developers to support Tactical Systems development as a part of our development team at the Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWCDD) in Dahlgren, VA. Work as part of a multidisciplinary team of Engineers and analysts to deliver and support cutting edge tactical systems. Responsibilities

• Design, develop, integrate, test and deploy tactical, training and tools software.
• Work closely with a multi-disciplinary team of engineers, technicians, and critical stakeholders to understand system and usability requirements.
• Perform system testing to ensure overall functionality and system performance.
• Provide Software Engineering technical support.

Required

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related discipline.
• Five (5) years of experience in software engineering applied to program development, modeling, and/or simulation.
• Two (2) years of experience with US Navy or Joint systems.
• Experience with C/C++, Java, Python.
• Experience with Linux (e.g. Red Hat Enterprise Linux) software development.
• Experience with configuration control software (e.g. git).
• US Citizenship and the ability to obtain a DoD Security Clearance.
• Experience related to DoD projects or customers.
• Understanding of technical aspects required to develop large complex software intensive systems.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban).
• Familiarity with Jira and the Atlassian Tool Suite.
• Active DOD Security Clearance is highly preferred.
