AutoStore is a leading software and robotics company that provides automation technology to warehouse and distribution facilities. We are searching for a Service and Support Intern at our North American headquarters in Salem, NH, for a 10-week paid internship, 40 hours per week, from June 9th to August 15th, 2025.
As a Service and Support Intern, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our clients. You will work closely with the support team to troubleshoot issues, resolve customer inquiries, and ensure customer satisfaction. The ideal individual should have technical aptitude and ability to learn new technologies quickly, customer-oriented mindset and commitment to providing exceptional service. In this role, you will be entrusted with various responsibilities. You will be part of a department integral to AutoStore's success, working closely with team members who are passionate about what they do and supporting one another.
