Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and assess their carwash service needs.


• Provide detailed information about available services and packages.


• Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and concerns professionally.


• Maintain a clean and organized work area.


• Assist prepper in loading and prepping vehicles

Requirements:

• Previous experience in customer service or as a service writer is a plus.


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.


• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.


• High school diploma or equivalent.


• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
