Maintenance Technician Wanted

This is a full-time position - 40 hours per week

Hourly Wage: $21 per hour

The Maintenance Technician will serve as the on-site maintenance technician for assigned properties; and perform maintenance, grounds care and custodial duties. Qualifications include (but are not limited to) the following:

• Mechanically inclined with a substantial background in building maintenance and repair
• Common area maintenance, preventative maintenance, and custodial duties
• Experience with processing Move-Ins and Move-Outs
• Minor drywall repair, taping, painting, locksmithing, carpentry
• Minor plumbing and electrical repair work that does not require licensing
• Checking drain lines, appliances, electrical outlets, hanging doors, installing windows, door replacement, floor repair/installation, sheetrock repair, and drywall
• Ability to utilize a wide range of powered and non-powered hand tools
• Provide scheduled 24-hour on-call coverage, as assigned
• HVAC-certified preferred
• Must have a valid driver's license
