As we continue to grow, we are seeking a talented SHAPE Manager to join our team and drive efficiency in our production processes.

*Job Overview:* As the SHAPE Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and effective planning of SHAPE performance management system. You will be responsible for managing our performance management system making sure the consistency and accuracy of the program.

*Key Responsibilities:*
* Analyze metrics for the performance management system.
* Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including production, HR, and other departments to gather relevant information and ensure seamless execution of the program.
* Use available resources to create reports to show accuracy and metrics for the program.
* Monitor SHAPE scores such as safety, housekeeping, attendance, productivity, and error free work to implement corrective actions as needed.
* Lead and mentor a team of SHAPE administrators, providing guidance, support, and training as necessary.

*Qualifications:*
* Proven experience in management role in a manufacturing setting.
* Strong understanding of performance management in a manufacturing setting.
* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
* Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with a keen attention to detail.
* Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally and lead a team.
