The Facilities/Maintenance Manager will manage cGMP facilities and support development and refinement of scopes for preventive maintenance and reactive maintenance activities onsite in Christiansburg, VA.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop Statements of Work (SOWs) based on approved scopes.
• Prepare Requests for Quotation (RFQs).
• Support Terms & Conditions and assist Procurement with Master Service Agreement (MSA) process.
• Provide onboarding support for new vendors (badging, training, site access, etc.).
• Review and prioritize open Work Orders weekly in RAM and PlanOn.
• Support FM with WO assignments to in-house or contractor resources.
• Track progress, provide status updates, and escalate issues.
• Support accurate and complete WO closeout (verification, documentation, cost capture).
• Assist with troubleshooting equipment and facility issues.
• Escort vendors/contractors on site as needed.
• Perform Quality Assurance (QA) checks on work performed by vendors and UT personnel.
• Help develop scopes, schedules, and resource plans for minor projects.
• Manage vendor coordination for small projects (SOWs, RFQs, execution oversight, closeout).

Requirements:

• 10+ years of facility maintenance in a cGMP regulated environment experience preferred
• Experience with SOWs and RFQs
• Experience with documentation and troubleshooting equipment
