Works closely with regional partners to grow profitable business across multiple segments. Act as a business segment expert from both an underwriting and business perspective to assist regional personnel and agents in successfully marketing and underwriting new and existing accounts. Proactively manage business segment results by identifying positive and negative trends and recommending strategies to improve performance.
