Key Responsibilities:

  2. Manage hotel services including franchise and brand compliance, staff, vendors, and stakeholder relationships.
  3. Handle operational tasks such as front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, budgeting, revenue management, team building, and employee development.
  4. Demonstrate leadership, problem-solving skills, monitor economic trends, and develop marketing strategies to promote hotel services.

Qualifications:

Candidates should hold a bachelor's degree in hotel management or business management, or equivalent experience.
