Job Summary

As a Restaurant General Manager, you will oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, ensuring excellence in service, quality, and profitability. You will implement company standards, manage staff, and ensure guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

1. Manage daily operations, including inventory, food prep, guest relations, and service standards.
2. Ensure accurate cash handling and financial reporting.
3. Forecast sales and labor budgets; oversee invoicing and vendor relations.
4. Lead and develop staff through coaching, performance reviews, and training.
5. Maintain food quality and safety standards.
6. Uphold company policies and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
7. Drive sales, marketing, and incentive programs.
8. Handle guest complaints and resolve conflicts effectively.
9. Manage scheduling, payroll, and labor costs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-4 years of management experience in full-service restaurants (AUV of $4M+).
• At least 21 years old.
• College degree in business or hospitality management preferred.

Physical Requirements

Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 40 lbs., reach, and maneuver in small spaces.
